In tantric comprehensions, there is an awareness of 10 forms of shakti. 10 goddesses that we each have within us -ALL of us. That is the primordial essense. Depending on what shakti is activated or what shakti you might choose to invoke - it can assist and transfrom your life by using mantra invocation. etc.
During Journey to Bliss we utilised Invocation oils, meditation, mantra and movement. With tea to help everyone deepen their connection to one particular Shakti known as Tripura sundri. I was first introduced to her in 2012 when gifted a book of tantric goddess. then when taking my yoga training in 2022 my one teacher shared with us her energies and mantra, yantra and even yogic postures to engage with her.

Tripura Sundari, also known as Shodashi, Lalita, or Rajarajeshwari, is a prominent goddess in Hindu Tantra and Shakta traditions. She is considered one of the ten Mahavidyas (great wisdom goddesses) and is revered as the supreme embodiment of beauty, power, and divine love. The name "Tripura Sundari" means "Beautiful Goddess of the Three Cities," symbolizing her dominion over the three worlds: the physical, astral, and causal.
She is often depicted as a young, beautiful goddess sitting on a lotus, with a peaceful expression. Tripura Sundari is associated with the Sri Yantra, a sacred geometric design, and is said to reside in the Bindu (the central point) of the Yantra, representing the union of Shiva and Shakti.
Invocation to Tripura Sundari
"O Tripura Sundari, Divine Mother of the Three Worlds, Source of all beauty, wisdom, and grace, I bow before your radiant form, The eternal light that dispels the darkness of ignorance.
You who dwell in the sacred Sri Yantra, Guide me to the heart of your divine presence, Where the mysteries of the universe unfold, And the truth of my soul is revealed.
O Lalita, Queen of the Universe, Fill my life with your blessings and love, Grant me the strength to overcome all obstacles, And the wisdom to walk the path of truth.
Tripura Sundari, I offer my heart to you, In devotion, in reverence, and in love, May your light shine within me, As I seek to embody your divine essence."
