Goals Take Time

One thing I know is things take time.

We also will live ALONG time - for the most part...

When I was in my 20's and dreaming of my life ... My goals ... My desires ... I was overwhelmed thinking of all I wanted to do ... Artist... Yoga teacher ... Counsellor ... Psychologist...tattooist... Masseur... Herbalist... Biologist.....anthropologist and writer....

I realized then after meeting women who had started a collage in there 50's

That we have time ...

So I loosely grafted a plan ... First I worked teaching art and music to front line street involved youth.... Learned alot about facilitating, life coaching and psychology as well as community consultation.

Then I thought I will see if I can get into a tattoo shop and if not go to art school to become better for tattooing.

I went to art school and found myself drunk on the options.... Sometimes the expression became more curation ... And I did some of that ...for unique artistic expression for different issues...

Alot of facilitating and dream seeds then coming to fruition .... I got my first paid performances for art outside of drag.

I then thought I knew what was up ... I am here to make ritual art and I wanted to open a cooperative ... Tattoo and arts gallery space.

I illustrated a children's book ... And I hopped abroad for awhile ...

I learned so much while away .... Observing ... Buisness community consultation popped in ..

Life coaching mixed with my precious expressions blended perfectly ....

Then the yoga I had aimed at in my 20's for my 50's came in at 38 ... A little ahead of schedule ...

But I had planned for it ...

I thought I'd go for my yoga at 50- counselling in my mid 50's-60's PhD in my 70's ... Something like that

But I didn't fully know then how magical and wild life could be ...

Many times I thought I wasn't on my path ... But then dreams I had as a child unfolded in deja vu

Many times I thought I don't know what I am doing ... And should I get more training ...

And then more training would arrive ...

Many times I wondered how am I going to do this ?

And spirit said shut up an jump ... Trust we got you ...

Many times I'd be confused ... Why am I here ?

What is the direct need here ? In 700 people I have cept contact with 2 - maby 4 ... What a waste of time ...

But then it showed me over time over the years ... Those bridges were monumental in foundations of the plan of the dream to come ...

To live the life of counsellor ..confidant...teacher... Guide ... And artist ...

When you get told to go left ... Go left ... When you get told to jump ... Jump .. even if you don't fully know how your going to make it through with this investment ...

Have that conversation and understand you never know who is listening and watching.

In the years to come that moment they seen your genuine self ... Might be the moment that they decide perhaps you are the one they need for this moment that has now come ....

So trust things take time ... And we will love along time ... But if you make a loose plan ... Long term and short term .. and make it happen ...

It will arrive ... Or better

Or atleast that has been my experience feeling the fool card pop in my life time and time again...
