About the event
The wonderful Dam Chhoi Lama, has decided to offer a series of Full moon and New moon: by donation classes from Oct.19- Dec.14th. These will run every second Saturday from 3pm-4:30pm at Earth and Sky Connection in Market square.

Class 1: Healing with Mudras & Singing Bowls
Description: In this introductory class, we will focus on using mudras for healing and practicing three different tones with one singing bowl. This practice is designed to help heal the mind by addressing the delusional aspects we all experience. Participants will be guided to reconnect with the natural, clear state of mind, providing a powerful healing experience.
